The Repertoire

Proprietary Programs and Intellectual Property

The Repertoire contains Maestro's original intellectual property. These are frameworks, simulations, and curricula that the firm owns outright. Each was built from direct operational experience inside high-performance environments, and each addresses a distinct challenge facing senior leaders and the organizations they run.

Repertoire offerings can be delivered as standalone engagements, embedded as modules within a broader Composition engagement, or licensed for client-internal use.

Games Mode Simulation

A proprietary leadership simulation that places participants inside the operational complexity of managing a national delegation at the Olympic Games. Participants are assigned to one of six cross-functional teams (Chef de Mission, Performance, Operations, Communications, Revenue, and Relations), each with distinct mandates, stakeholders, and resources. Over the course of ten scenarios drawn from actual Olympic and Paralympic events, teams must allocate scarce resources, manage competing stakeholder demands, respond to crisis, and coordinate decisions across functions where each team's priorities naturally conflict.

The Olympic context is the vehicle. The content is organizational leadership under complexity: how to make strategic decisions with incomplete information, how to negotiate across competing interests, how to coordinate when each function's mandate creates tension with every other function, and how to maintain coherence when the pace overwhelms the plan.

Games Mode can be delivered as a standalone half-day or full-day experience, embedded within a broader leadership development program, or adapted for virtual delivery. It is designed for senior leaders and high-potential talent.

Games Mode also serves as the portfolio piece for Maestro's Experience Architecture capability. It demonstrates the caliber of simulation Maestro can build from any organizational context. The Olympic version exists because that is where the founder spent seven years. The next one gets built from yours.

Format: Half-day or full-day. In-person or virtual.
Audience: Senior leaders and high-potential talent.

The Dynasty Curve

An original organizational lifecycle framework that maps how organizations evolve from talent dependence toward systems dependence as complexity increases. The model identifies four phases of organizational maturity along an S-curve: Expansion, Contender, Champion, and Dynasty.

Each phase requires a fundamentally different coordination mechanism. Expansion organizations coordinate through Cohesion, which is social and relational. Contender organizations require Orchestration, coordinating interdependence at the operational level. Champion organizations require Governance, coordinating systems at the institutional level. Dynasty organizations require Adaptation, coordinating transformation at the adaptive level. A fifth mechanism, Re-Cohesion, governs the renewal decision point where organizations must choose regeneration or risk decline.

The framework is grounded in workforce benchmark data and positioned against canonical organizational lifecycle research.

The Dynasty Curve can be delivered as a keynote for leadership audiences, as a diagnostic assessment that helps a leadership team identify where their organization sits on the maturity curve and what coordination mechanism they need to build next, or as the conceptual foundation for a broader Talent Architecture or Organizational Strategy engagement.

Format: Keynote, diagnostic workshop, or embedded framework.
Audience: CEOs, CHROs, and leadership teams.

Leading the Hybrid Enterprise

A governance framework for Chief People Officers navigating the integration of AI into the enterprise. The central thesis is that enterprises are not undergoing a technology upgrade. They are undergoing an operating system transition.

The People Operating System (Talent, Performance, Culture) was designed for conditions where intelligence, decision-making capacity, and governance structures could not act independently of humans. Those conditions no longer hold. The Hybrid Operating System unbundles each discipline into two components requiring separate governance: Capability (Talent + Intelligence), Contribution (Performance + Leverage), and Coordination (Culture + Architecture).

The framework identifies three structural tensions at the boundaries of these constructs and introduces the concept of Capability Hollowing: the progressive displacement of human developmental functions by intelligence systems, producing organizations that can generate output they can no longer fully evaluate or govern.

Published as a white paper with citations from Harvard Business Review, arXiv, Google DeepMind, and Financial Times research.

Format: Keynote, CPO advisory session, or diagnostic engagement.
Audience: CHROs, CPOs, and People leadership teams.

Delivering Excellence

A ten-lesson framework on operational excellence drawn directly from lived experience inside two of the most operationally demanding institutions on earth: the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee and Augusta National Golf Club.

The lessons are organized into two clusters. The System of Excellence covers how excellence is operationalized: Excellence is Accessible, Intention is Essential, Rights Respect Distance, Candor is Mandatory, and Efficiency Erodes Excellence. The Culture of Excellence covers how excellence is led: Actions Beat Words, Culture Requires Transmission, Experience Demands Immersion, Motivation is Bespoke, and Stewardship Dominates Ownership.

Each lesson overturns a conventional management orthodoxy with evidence the audience cannot dismiss. Values statements are the most expensive decorations in corporate America. Planning is not prediction. Granting autonomy to experts is the only logical conclusion of hiring people who know more than you do.

Delivering Excellence is the flagship offering under The Podium. It is the primary vehicle through which Maestro tells the Augusta National and Olympic stories with full authority. It can be delivered as a keynote, a workshop series, or a multi-session curriculum for leadership teams.

Format: Keynote, workshop series, or leadership curriculum.
Audience: CEOs, senior leaders, and leadership conferences.
